Welcome to BrightPath. These terms govern all services and offerings provided at BrightPath, located at 290 Bremner Boulevard, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. Business ID: 228753389.

Scope

These terms apply to three categories: transformational business coaching services, digital informational products, and physical goods.

Transformational Business Coaching Services

BrightPath offers personalized one-on-one and group coaching sessions aimed at fostering professional growth. Scheduling is confirmed after full settlement of applicable fees. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for changes, subject to availability.

Digital Informational Products

Digital offerings include workshops, courses, and downloadable resources. Access is granted immediately upon settlement of applicable fees. No physical materials are involved in this category.

Physical Goods

Merchandise such as books or branded materials is offered through our site. Shipping details and timelines are provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

Coaching Services: Clients may request a refund of coaching fees paid within 24 hours after their first session. Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days and credited to the original method of settlement. Requests made after this period are not eligible, due to allocation of personalized resources and scheduling commitments.

Digital Informational Products: Unopened digital products are eligible for a refund within seven days of purchase. Requests must be submitted via our support team. Once materials are accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available because immediate access has been granted.

Physical Goods: Merchandise may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a request, please contact our team via the help center. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any items sent back.

Rescheduling and Transfers

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Transfers of session credits to another individual are not permitted due to the tailored nature of our services.
